Limestone Gardens Apartments has been providing quality independent senior housing since our founding in 1974. We are a nonprofit organization offering clean quiet living in a community style setting with 120 apartments in one building. Our facilities are also within walking distance of the local library, senior center, banks, and parks.
The monthly rents are based on income levels and apartment size, ranging from $326 to $659 which include heat, electric, and hot water as well as laundry facilities on site. Private off street parking is also available and is included at no extra charge.
Our Tenant Association organizes several activities like:

- Town Lunches’
- Pot Luck Dinners
- Birthday Parties (With Entertainment)
Tops Grocery store provides a free bus service for weekly shopping trips to the grocery store.
In addition to several quiet nooks located throughout the facility we have a main foyer that invites our residents and guests to sit and chat, along with an onsite library and a community room.
